Warranty and Return Policy

WCL Apparel – Returns & Warranty

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that are unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and still have the original packaging or tags attached.

Please note that all customized products — including, but not limited to, hemming, embroidery, and lettering — are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Samples and sizing sets purchased at a 50% discount or more are non-returnable and not eligible for credit.

In the event of an error in shipment or a defective product, WCL Apparel will accept returns or exchanges (provided the item has not been worn or washed) within 30 days of the invoice date. In such cases, WCL Apparel will cover the associated shipping costs.

Returns for Exchange

Items that meet the return eligibility criteria above may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for exchange. All return shipments must be prepaid; WCL Apparel does not cover shipping costs for exchanges.

Upon approval of the exchange, any price difference — less a 15% restocking fee — will be charged or credited to the original form of payment.

Please note that WCL Apparel reserves the right to inspect all returned items prior to approving an exchange. Items that do not meet our return standards will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Returns for Refund

Items that meet the return eligibility criteria may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund. All return shipments must be prepaid; WCL Apparel does not cover return shipping costs.

Upon approval, you will receive a refund to the original payment method for the purchase price of the item, less a 15% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.

WCL Apparel reserves the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund. Items that do not meet return standards will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

Returns for Repair

Items returned for repair must be prepaid and clearly labeled with all necessary repair details. All garments must be clean; a $10.00 cleaning fee will be applied to any item received in soiled condition.

Shipping fees for repairs are the responsibility of the customer and will be invoiced along with the repair charges.

Product Warranty

All uniform items sold by WCL Apparel are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Items featuring Gore-Tex® materials are also covered under a 3-year performance warranty.

If a product becomes defective within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. The item must be returned with dated proof of purchase for inspection.

Upon review, WCL Apparel will repair or replace any item determined to be defective and return it to you at no additional cost.

Please note that WCL Apparel reserves the right to deny warranty coverage if the item shows signs of:

  • Abnormal wear and tear

  • Improper care or cleaning

  • Damage caused by chemicals, fire, accidents, or negligence
